Shipping and Returns

Each Virginia Stone product is made fresh in house upon order, therefore all orders require a 3-5 day preparation window with the exception of pre-orders. All pre-orders will be prepared before scheduled delivery date.

All orders within Canada and the USA are shipped via FedEx or Canada Post.

All International orders are shipped via FedEx.

If you are not completely satisfied with your Virginia Stone product, please contact us directly at 1-844-663-1100. All returns must be made within 15 days of purchase. Any original and/or return shipping fees will not be refunded. Returns are only accepted from purchases made at www.virginiastone.com.

Returns and refunds are not available for made-to-order bespoke products.
